Return and Exchange Policy

Cancelation

Packages once processed cannot be canceled for any reason by the buyer. The package can be sent for a return/exchange when delivered.

Initiating return/exchange

Email us at alexandriarmendariz7@gmail.com and state your reason for the exchange/return. Items returned without contacting us first will be rejected automatically and shipped back at buyer's cost. From the date the buyer receives the package we accept returns up to 30 days.

When mailing a return, ensure that items are securely packaged, Forever 50 Apparel is not responsible for any items lost or damaged on their way to us.

If the buyer does not want to reship the items back in the event the return is rejected, then property will be considered abandoned and disposed of after 2 weeks.

Condition of items for returns/exchanges

For returns and exchanges the items must be in original packaging (if applicable) and clean with no damage or fragrances.

Defective or incorrect items

You feel that you have received a defective or incorrect product. Then contact us within 2 days of receiving the package to report it and provide pictures of the items. If not reported, the defect becomes considered wear and tear and the wrong item becomes the buyer's to keep.

Forever 50 Apparel is not responsible for damage caused by improper care. Any damage or shrinkage caused by improper washing is considered wear and tear.

Returns

For returns the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and postage.

For exchanges the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.

Refunds made in store credit and to the original payment method (minus restocking fee).

All these items are final sale unless the customer obtains approval from Forever 50 Apparel, which may be provided on a case by case basis.

International orders

We reserve the right to refuse or decline returns/exchanges on a case by case basis. In the event we do accept a return or exchange the buyer is responsible for any associated shipping, custom or other fees.

Size exchanges

Any size exchanges may be considered on a case by case basis. If accepted the clothing needs to be in the original condition and must be clean. If an item does not meet these standards it will be shipped back at buyer's cost.

If accepted a restocking fee will be taken from the total cost and shipping of the new item is the buyer's responsibility. In the event we do not have a proper size of the item, the buyer is entitled to another item of the proper size (buyer pays for any differences in cost) minus the restocking fee, or a refund to their original payment method minus the restocking fee.

There are no size holds and there is no guarantee that the other size will be in stock. The buyer is responsible for ordering the proper amount of items and verifying size.

Restocking fee

Returned/exchanged items are subject to a 4 dollar per item fee or 10% of the item's regular price (whichever is greater).

*Restocking fee does not apply to store credit.

Lost or stolen packages

Forever 50 Apparel is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages. If a package is lost or stolen it is up to the buyer to file a claim with the shipping company.

Wrong or mistyped addresses

In the event the package is sent back, the cost of re-shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. In the event the package is sent to the wrong address, it is the responsibility of the buyer to track down.
